Former Phi Gamma Delta house at University of Montana to be demolished.

Former fraternity likely to be demolished to build homes.
The house is currently being rented to the Sigma Chi fraternity while their house undergoes renovations. Phi Gamma Delta withdrew their charter in 2005 when an incident left one person in the hospital. The developer is quoted calling the house "incredibly ugly", and plans to replace it with three single family homes.
