It Takes a Thief: Big Burglar on Campus

Reformed burglars who now play them on the Discovery Chanel TV show "It Takes a Thief," Matt Johnston and Jon Douglas Rainey distracted frat boys recently to loot their house for the show.

By using an attractive woman to meet the brothers at the frat house's front door, the former burglars entered the house through the fire escape and stole laptops, the fraternity's checkbook, and about $1,000 from a locked treasurer's box.

The brothers of the undisclosed fraternity were then shown a video of the robbery, and the house was given a security makeover courtesy of the show.
