Rape Charges Dropped at Idaho Frat House

Prosecutor Drops Charge of Rape at UI Frat House

Rape charges have been dismissed in a case from the University of Idaho where a man was accused of raping a woman at a fraternity house.

After a football game in September, David Barkdull had been accused of raping the woman at the university's Kappa Sigma house. The case was thrown out by prosecutors who cited a lack of evidence.
