Marshall Student Gets Into Traffic Jam with Cop

Officers stopped Adam Taylor March 16 for a traffic violation.
After being pulled over, Taylor began to flee, and, in doing so, he backed his vehicle at a high rate of speed toward an officer. The officer was pinned in between the car and a fence, leaving no escape route.
In an attempt to stop the driver, the officer threw a flashlight at the vehicle. The car was damaged as a result of the light hitting it, and the vehicle fled.
