More Kappa Alpha Psi Brothers Won't Get Jail Time for Hazing

3 Frat Brothers Avoid Prison for Hazing

Three Florida A&M Kappa Alpha Psi brothers who were said to have paddled a pledge so severely he required butt surgery, plead no contest to charges and in return got probation for the 2006 hazing incident.

The brothers, Brian Bowman, 23, of Oakland, Calif.; Cory Gray, 23, of Montgomery, Ala., and Marcus Hughes, 21, of Fort Lauderdale, could still end up in jail if they violate their probations.

Two other brothers - Michael Morton and Jason Harris - were sentenced in January for the hazing of Marcus Jones.
