Neighbors Don't Want Phi Psi's to Move Back

Residents Oppose Frat House Re-opening

Nearby residents of Johns Hopkins University's former Phi Kappa Psi house don't want the brothers back in the neighborhood.

The frat left the house in the fall of 2005 while it was being rennovated, and because of noise complaints and other incidents at the house over the years, the residents don't want the brothers back.

A special zoning appeals meeting is planned for April 17, where the neighbors will air their grievances with Phi Kappa Psi.
