Suspected Sorority Arsonists Headed to Mexico..and Not for Spring Break

Arson Suspects Could Be On Their Way To Mexico

As reported by MyFox Austin:

Fire investigators say two suspects connected to a fire started last week in the Alpha Chi Omega sorority house at the University of Texas could be on their way to Mexico right now. Investigators are looking for 21-year-old Marcus Navarro and 20-year-old Hayley Mullane.

The suspects were last seen Friday March, 9th in Frio county, Texas. They are believed to be headed to Mexico in the 1986 4 door Jeep Cherokee used in the commission of the crime. The vehicle has now been spray painted black and has Texas license plate 540-KRB.

The two are facing felony charges relating to the fire. According to investigators, a man walked into the house around 6:45 p.m. He then put a bag on a couch and then lit it. A surveillance camera caught the suspects trying to get away.

Navarro is 5'11" and weighs about 155 pounds. Investigators believe he may have cut his hair short and dyed it blonde. Mullane is about 5'4" and 120 pounds and is known to wear a lip ring. She may have dyed her hair bright red.
