"Out of Control" PSU Party Crashed by Police

Disorderly conduct: An "out-of-control" party at Cedarbrook Apartments, 320 E. Beaver Ave., caused apartment security to call for backup at about 5 p.m. Saturday, State College police said. The apartment was cleared out by police. Police said charges should be filed by tomorrow with District Judge Carmine Prestia.
Theft: Two men stole six Kodak EasyShare camera kits, valued at $1,200, at about 1:45 p.m. Friday from Wal-Mart, 373 Benner Pike, State College police said. Police are investigating the theft.
Assault: A man told State College police Friday morning that several unknown people assaulted him Thursday night outside the Shandygaff, 212 E. College Ave. Police said the man suffered a broken nose during the altercation.
Assault: A student told police he was assaulted by six or seven unknown men early Saturday morning at 300 S. Garner St., State College police said. The victim went to University Health Services in the Ritenour Building to receive treatment for a broken nose and abrasions to his face.
