San Diego State Students Stay Classy by Planning 2nd Undie Run
SDSU Official Undie RunOne run through campus wearing nothing but the bare minimum to not be considered naked isn't enough for the students of San Diego State University. They're planning a second for finals week to help relieve the stress of postponing partying for homework and relive the excitement of being half naked with their peers.
Students are planning to gather just before midnight on Wednesday, May 9, to commence the second edition of the SDSU Undie Run. Student last ran in just boxers, bras and panties prior to the campus' hiatus for Spring Break.
"Why Run?," the event's Facebook group says, "Because running down Montezuma Avenue wearing just boxers and/or a bra is a defiant statement against social norms and the administrators who would rather you do something else."
"It's about rebelling against the system that gave you an 8 a.m. Final Thursday morning. It's about feeling totally free and living the college lifestyle. Drop your pants, rip off your shirts, DONATE THEM and join the fun in the Underwear Run!"
Students can donate the clothes they wear before running to charity for the needy people of the city named for a whale's vagina.
