GW Delts Will Return in Fall of '08

Delta Tau Delta Fraternity to Return in Fall of 2008

After being removed from the campus of George Washington University in 2004 for hazing allegations, Delta Tau Delta fraternity is set to recruit a new set of brothers for a return to the campus in the fall of 2008.

The return is currently only an administrative process, but soon new members will be allowed to pledge the new Delt chapter. After being suspended in 2004, the national organization of the fraternity approved it to attempt a return in 2008.

"(Delta Tau Delta) still has property on campus, so we knew they weren't going to go away anytime soon," Chris DiBitetto, the university's IFC president, told the campus student newspaper.
