Man Near Colorado State Stole 1,300 Pairs of Women's Panties

Police in Fort Collins arrested a man Tuesday for stealing more than 1,300 women's undergarments.

Police said Chih Hsien Wu, 43, stole the undergarments from laundry rooms in apartment complexes in the Campus West area of Fort Collins.

The thefts totaled more than $6,000. Wu was arrested at his residence in the 1000 block of Wabash Street in Fort Collins.

The Fort Collins Major Crimes Unit said they will give theft victims a chance to identify their items on Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Fort Collins Police Services.
