'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis is facing charges that he deducted more than $20 million in false business expenses on his corporate tax returns.

"He's going to be treated like any other prisoner," said a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals, who flew Francis across the country for a court experience.

Franics could go to jail for 10 years if found guilty.

"This whole situation will be over soon and I will be standing strong," said the man who's made a living off the breasts of college girls.
