Two Former GW Student Gov. Officers Forced Oral Sex, Police Say

Student Leaders Allegedly Sexually Abuse Sophomore, Report Says

Two former officers of George Washington University's student government sexually abused a sophomore, forcing her to give both oral sex at a party, police said.

Police said GW students Lamar Thorpe, former student association president, and Richard Fowler, the organization's finance chair, assaulted the woman.

The woman told police Thorpe invited her to his room about 7 months ago for a party, but when she got there the two men forced he to quickly drink alcohol and give them both oral sex.

Thorpe and Fowler have maintained their innocence, saying that they didn't physically touch the woman.
