The University of Florida's chapter of Pi Lambda Phi was suspended this week after brothers were charged with possession of marijuana at a pre-rush party.

Last Saturday, campus police busted a party at the fraternity's house and charged Pi Lambda Phi with a narcotics violation.

According to a report, police confiscated less than five grams of marijuana, three bongs, five pipes and a grinder.

The fraternity was charged with alcoholic-beverage violations, drug possession violations and failure to comply with a university official, a report said.
