A George Washington University fraternity is being investigated for hazing after several of its pledges told campus administrators they feared for their well being as "hell week" approached.

Pledges reported through anonymous tip lines they believed they were being hazed by the brothers.

The university last week began investigating the accusations. Since then, three brothers have been suspended on hazing and drug violations and another was hospitalized after overdosing on sleeping pills.

University police have confiscated cell phones and computers in the ongoing investigation. Local police were also contacted by the university to look into violations of Washington, D.C.'s anti-gang laws.

While some pledges maintain that the accusations are legitimate and that they feared for their personal safety while going through the fraternity's pledge process, one says that's not the case.

"If I could start over and do it again from day one, I would," the pledge who asked to remain anonymous said.

APES or Alpha Phi Epsilon is not even a real Fraternity it wants to be one, but is merely a gang. Ergo Gangs Haze, Fraternities dont.

Yall are stupid hazing is not bettering your fraternity there is plenty of other ways to bond with the pledges than doing bad stuff to threaten their lives! Sure they haven't been through what we have but we can change hazing!

Dude your an idiot. Hazing is what makes being a frat sweet. It makes you grow up and realize your not as fucking sweet as you think you are. Hazing is what also binds guys with their pledge class and what makes them friends for life.
