"I'm Just Hanging Out, Not Doing Anything Illegal"

Feb. 4 - time unknown: A student was transported to the Medical Center for alcohol poisoning, reports stated. The student and her sister left Dirtbag's, a bar, and offered $300 to a man in the parking lot to drive them home. The man said he would drive them, but they did not have to pay him. The student started vomiting in the man's car, so he parked behind a convenience store and said the student needed to get out of his vehicle. Her sister asked the man to drive them back to the bar instead. He drove them back and the sister got out of the vehicle and walked back to the bar. The man called police, who found the student asleep on the ground with vomit on her hair and clothes. She was unable to stand or walk by herself. Police asked the student's sister why she had left the student alone. She began crying and told police she would not answer any questions.
Feb. 5 - time unknown: An unknown person wrote "Kill monkey" on a bathroom stall in the Psychology building, reports stated. The graffiti, written with a blue ink pen, was found by the custodial staff in the third-floor men's room.
Feb. 5 - time unknown: A man was arrested for criminal trespassing Feb. 5 at Highland Commons, reports stated. A police officer saw the man wandering around the area and asked if he could talk with him. The man said, "This is what you really want from me," and handed the officer his Arizona ID card. A records check showed the man had been warned for trespassing on university property Jan. 14. The man said he remembered being warned by police for trespassing. He said to the officer, "I'm just hanging out, not doing anything illegal." The officer asked him if he had a reason for being on the campus and he told the officer, "No, I'm just hanging out. The man was cited and released.
