San Diego State Student Robbed; Calculator Stolen

Armed Bandit Robbed Pedestrian

As reported by 10News:

A robber held up a pedestrian at gunpoint in the San Diego State University area, stealing his wallet and a calculator, authorities said Monday.

The victim was in the 5000 block of Catoctin Drive at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when the bandit walked up to him and drew a pistol, according to San Diego police. After taking the pedestrian's wallet and calculator, the robber got into a gold or silver vehicle similar to a Pontiac Grand Prix and drove off, police Sgt. Bob Dare said. No injuries were reported.
