State College Council to Debate Smoking Ban

State College, the borough of Pennsylvania where Penn State University resides, may adobt a statewide resolution to ban smoking in public places.

The State College borough council debated the issue at last night's monthly meeting, and it has not yet been made clear whether the resolution will become reality for Penn State students who enjoy lighting up a smoke at the local bars.
