Family Files Suit Against Fresno State and Fraternity

When Danny Daniels died in January 2006, his fraternity was suspended for five years.

Now, more than a year later, his family is suing Phi Gamma Delta and Fresno State University for wrongful death.

His parents claim he was forced to drink mass quantities of alcohol in a hazing ritual. The coroner's report states he had four times the legal limit in his system.

While the incident was investigated by local police, no charges were filed.
