Student Near PSU Threatens "Another Virginia Tech"

Man Arrested After Warning of "Another Virginia Tech"

A student at a business school near Penn State University was charged with making terroristic threats, claiming he could cause "Another Virginia Tech" incident.

20 year-old Tony Peng, of State College, Pa., was in a computer lab having problems with his homework Friday when police reported he said he wanted to kill someone.

According to police: "A student confronted Peng, telling him that was not something he should be joking about." "Peng responded by stating 'This might turn into another Virginia Tech.'"

Many students left the computer lab out of fear and called police. Peng was charged two counts of making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $500,000.
