Virginia Tech Shooting Cell Phone Video

The student who shot this video, Jamal Albarghouti, said he didn't believe he was in danger while filming this video with his cell phone, as the shots seemed far away. That is, until he heard the loud bang at the end of the video.

It was then he realized that the shots were coming from inside Norris Hall, the building he was standing near. He stopped filming when police started shouting from behind him to evacuated the area, which is heard at the end of the clip.

Twenty seven shots are heard on this video, which was filmed with a Nokia N70. Jamal Albarghouti was on his way to see his academic advisor when he stumbled upon the scene.
