Huston-Tillotson Frat Faces Charges

Huston-Tillotson University's chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi was given ten days by a pledge's mother to either admit or deny hazing her son.

Cletis Cabbil, a student at the Austin, Texas, college, said brothers of the fraternity assaulted him to the point of hazing.

If Kappa Alpha Psi admits to the charges, individual brothers could face criminal charges from police, the report said.
