PSU Tau Epsilon Phi House Vandalized

Three first-floor rooms at Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity were vandalized over the weekend, borough police said.
Brothers at the house reported the vandalism about 10:40 a.m. Saturday. Police said someone -- or some people -- had written messages on walls of the first-floor rooms while the fraternity brothers were asleep upstairs.
An estimate of the monetary value of the damage was not immediately available.
