Police Respond to Frat Concern

Police at the University of Wisconsin said this week security concerns were the main reason they canceled a party planned by the brothers of Theta Phi.

Police said the party was heavily advertised and much of the campus' security was being used for the football game. In order to avoid potential risks, police canceled the fraternity's party before it could happen.
