Man Pleads Guilty in Beer Pelting at Penn State Frat Party

A University of Pittsburgh student pleaded guilty last week to throwing beer on an Ohio State fan while at a Pi Kappa Alpha party at Penn State University.

Richard Eisenberger Jr., 20, was caught on video in October pelting beer on the Ohio State fan while attending an outdoor party at the Penn State fraternity prior to its football game with the Buckeyes.

Eisenberger was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct for the incident and ordered to pay fines and court costs by a State College judge.
