Stolen Groceries at Michigan

Feb. 2o - 6:30 p.m.: A University of Michigan student reported two men assaulted her and stole her groceries this week, campus police said. The student called police Wednesday and said she was robbed the evening before as she was walking. The student said two men assaulted her, then grabbed the small bag of groceries she was carrying before fleeing the scene, reports said.

Feb. 19: A 23-year-old man was strolling down the street when a fellow approached, pointed a gun at him then jumped into a white windowless van and sped away headed south.

Feb. 24 - 12:01 a.m.: A pair of bandits, both packing pistols, robbed a 21-year-old Cal student of his valuables as he was walking. The two suspects then fled on foot, heading northbound. Despite a search by both Berkeley and campus police, the duo affected an escape, reports UC Berkeley Police Chief Victoria L. Harrison
