Pike Brother Kills Roommate While Playing with Gun
Pinckney Man, 21, Shot and Killed at Party
A 21-year old brother of Kettering University's chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was shot and killed June 1 by a fraternity brother playing with a handgun.
Police said Karl Joseph Hansen was shot in the head while he was sleeping around 2:30 a.m. June 1 at a party at an Auburn Hills, Mich., apartment.
Marcus Jun-Mon Yu admitted to shooting Hansen when police arrived and was subsequently charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Yu could face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $7,500 if convicted.
