UF Frat Off the Hook

UF Frat Members Won't Face Charges

It turns out Pi Kappa Alpha brothers at the University of Florida won't be getting in any trouble for a party that brought criticism last fall.

At a party last fall, 3 underage girls - one who was still in high school - lost consciousness after drinking at Pi Kappa Alpha. Police found that no foul play was involved, such as sexual assault, the use of illegal substances - things of that nature.

Four members of the fraternity were believed to be responsible for providing the alcoholic drinks to minors. The courts decided Monday that there was insufficient evidence to link the drinking to any exact individuals. Pi Kappa Alpha is said to have violated campus policies by hosting an unregistered social gathering, particularly because they are a "dry house."

It must be a dry house. It it doesn't look like its raining in the picture.
